The Holiday Season is the time to think about family, friends and helping others. It is also the right to take action and help those less fortunate in our community; this includes homeless animals. The Jefferson SPCA’s mission is helping to find homes for these animals and providing lifesaving medical treatment for those animals in need. Today you can make a real difference in the lives of Jefferson Parish homeless animals.
This year, the Jefferson SPCA is asking you to CLICK HERE and give its Give the Gift of Home Fundraising Drive to continue our support of homeless animals that find themselves in the Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter. The Jefferson SPCA depends on private donations from animal lovers like you to help find these animals a permanent or foster home, provide heartworm treatments for shelter dogs, medical expenses for extreme cases of injury or animal abuse and educating the public on the benefits of our spay/neuter program.
We are a local, independent nonprofit that is not affiliated with any other state or national animal welfare organization. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so your donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
